"The thrill is in the experience and in knowing there is something new to discover just ahead," his words rang through my mind like the gentle ringing of my grandmother's silver and pearl-adorned dinner bell.
Hungrily I stepped forward into the unknown trusting not in my own wisdom, but rather in a deeper wisdom and in a slightly inexplicable truth that felt right for me, and right for this season of my life.
Could it be possible that I could actually funnel my passion for food, special events and promotion into a new career? A career where I could share these gifts with a greater audience than what was possible with individual catering jobs.
