Kitchen Knife Skills 101

In our line-up of upcoming cooking classes, a kitchen knife skills class is being considered. I am looking for an instructor to teach this class. If you are a certified chef in North Florida or South Georgia and are interested in teaching a class with the Canopy Rose Culinary Arts Studio and Catering Company call Kathi Dameron at 850-539-7750.
